BJP has made an election promise to provide 3 free gas cylinders per year in Karnataka. BJP national president JP Natta has released the election manifesto as the assembly elections are going to be held in Karnataka on the 10th. It is said that if the BJP wins in Karnataka, free gas cylinders will be given to people below the poverty line on the festivals of Yugadi, Vinayagar Chaturthi and Diwali.
Half a liter of milk is provided free of cost to poor families daily
Five kilos of ration pulses will be provided free of cost to the ration card holders every month

Elections to the Karnataka Assembly will be held in a single phase on May 10. With only a few days left for the election, campaigning is heating up there. Leaders including Prime Minister Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi are camping in Karnataka and campaigning hard.
Election campaign rally of BJP was held at Bagalkote. Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, “If Congress comes to power in Karnataka, development will go backwards. If Congress comes to power, family politics will increase like never before. There will be more corruption. If Congress comes to power, violence will break out in Karnataka, said Amit Shah.

Congress strongly condemned Amit Shah for saying that if Congress wins, riots will break out in Karnataka. Also, senior Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala, state president DK Shivakumar and others reported Amit Shah at the High Ground Police Station in Bengaluru.
Speaking to the media, DK Sivakumar said, “If an ordinary person had spoken like this, he would have been arrested by now. Union Home Minister has said that there will be riots if Congress comes to power. He shouldn’t talk like that. He is by no means the BJP’s star speaker. The Congress party has also reported the matter to the Election Commission,” he said.
