PM Modi’s Initiative: Over 1 Lakh Appointment Letters to Be Distributed at Rozgar Mela

In a significant development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to distribute over one lakh appointment letters to recently hired employees during a video conference on Monday.

The event, known as the Rozgar Mela, will take place at 47 locations across the country, emphasizing employment generation in alignment with the Prime Minister’s commitment to prioritize job creation.

Key Highlights:

  • Integrated Complex “Karmayogi Bhavan”: During the video conference, PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone for Phase I of the Integrated Complex “Karmayogi Bhavan” in the national capital. This complex aims to foster collaboration and synergy among the various pillars of Mission Karmayogi.
  • Wide Recruitment Scope: Recruitments are underway across central government departments, state governments, and union territories, with the new appointees joining various ministries and departments. These include the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Higher Education, Department of Atomic Energy, Ministry of Defence, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, and Ministry of Railways, among others.
  • Empowerment Through Training: The newly inducted appointees will have the opportunity to train themselves through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. This initiative provides access to over 880 e-learning courses, supporting ‘anywhere, any device’ learning format.
  • National Commitment: The Rozgar Mela is a concrete step toward fulfilling the Prime Minister’s commitment to giving the highest priority to employment generation in the country.
