On Monday evening at 6:15 pm, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 struck Meghalaya, as reported by the National Center for Seismology.
The earthquake’s epicenter was located in the North Garo Hills region of the state. Its tremors were also felt in various parts of West Bengal and Assam.
Additionally, on Sunday at 11:26 pm, a separate earthquake with a magnitude of 2.6 occurred. This earthquake’s epicenter was situated 7 km east-southeast of Rohtak in Haryana, according to the National Centre for Seismology.
