Actor Vivek Oberoi, happily married to Priyanka Alva, recently opened up about his past relationships and heartbreaks in a candid interview. In a conversation with Anas Boukhash, known for his insightful interviews, the ‘Saathiya’ actor shared some insights into his romantic history.
During the interview, Vivek Oberoi revealed that he remained friends with many of his former girlfriends, and some even attended his wedding to Priyanka Alva. Describing himself as “an all or nothing guy,” he admitted to turning on his best flirtatious charm after going through a challenging heartbreak.
However, Vivek emphasized that he was never dishonest in his relationships, asserting that he wouldn’t commit to someone if he wasn’t looking for something serious. He preferred to be straightforward with his intentions.
He explained, “It was a big ego kick. But I was never dishonest. I wouldn’t commit to somebody and leave. I would be straightforward and tell them I am not looking for anything serious. I stayed friends with a lot of my casual girlfriends, and a lot of them even came to my wedding.”
Reflecting on the lessons learned from past relationships, Vivek Oberoi highlighted how each serious relationship teaches you something valuable. He acknowledged that even the challenging breakups and toxic relationships provide insight into personal patterns and serve as lessons on what to avoid in future relationships.
Vivek Oberoi and Priyanka Alva tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony in 2010. The couple is now proud parents of two children, son Vivaan Veer Oberoi and daughter Ameyaa Nirvana Oberoi.
