In a startling turn of events, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun found himself injured after a woman wielding a knife entered his dressing room. The incident, which occurred around 6 pm on November 19, has left fans concerned for the artist’s well-being.

According to a report by TV Chosun, the assailant entered Kyuhyun’s dressing room, resulting in the singer sustaining a minor abrasion on his finger. Kyuhyun’s agency, Antenna, promptly addressed the situation, stating, “Kyuhyun suffered a minor abrasion on his finger and was treated immediately at the scene.”

The Seoul Gangseo Police Station has taken the woman into custody, charging her with special intimidation. Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding her possession of the weapon.

Amidst the unfolding incident, a video surfaced online capturing Kyuhyun leaving the LG Arts Center, where he was performing in the musical “Ben Hur.” Despite the bandage on his injured finger, Kyuhyun managed to maintain a composed demeanor, discreetly concealing the injury while waving to fans from his car.

Fans expressed admiration for Kyuhyun’s professionalism, with one stating, “He was probably shocked by the incident, but he still managed to greet his fans. Cho Kyuhyun is the symbol of a professional artist. I want him to know that it’s okay to prioritize himself first.”

Another fan noted, “Kyuhyun was very aware of the fans’ eyes and didn’t want to make us worry, so he hid his injured finger and waved with the right hand.” The incident has stirred empathy and concern among supporters, with many expressing hopes for proper treatment for Kyuhyun and any other victims.
