The highly anticipated web series debut of filmmaker Rohit Shetty, “Indian Police Force,” has faced its share of delays, leaving fans eagerly awaiting its release. Originally scheduled for a Diwali 2023 premiere, the series will now make its debut in early 2024, specifically on January 19. Amazon Prime Video, the platform set to host the series, recently announced this updated release date.

After encountering several delays, “Indian Police Force” is scheduled to make its small screen debut on January 19, 2024. Co-directed by Rohit Shetty and Sushwanth Prakash, the series pays homage to the unwavering dedication and hard work of Indian police officers. The release date announcement coincided with Police Commemoration Day, celebrated on October 21.

VFX Delays:

A previous report by ETimes revealed that pending VFX work was responsible for the delays in the series’s release. According to an insider, the scale of this series is on par with three Shetty films combined. The extensive action sequences are receiving grand VFX treatment to enhance the overall viewing experience.

Rohit Shetty’s Upcoming Projects:

Apart from “Indian Police Force,” Rohit Shetty is also gearing up for “Singham Again,” featuring Ajay Devgn in the lead role. The shooting for the movie reportedly commenced in September. Notably, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff are set to join the cast, making it a star-studded affair. The cop drama is slated to hit theaters on August 15, 2024, where it will face off against “Pushpa: The Rule.”
