Shah Rukh Khan celebrated his 58th birthday in grand style, surrounded by stars and well-wishers. Following the festivities, he took the time to individually respond to the heartfelt birthday messages from his friends and colleagues, displaying his characteristic wit and charm.
Among those who wished him well were Sidharth Malhotra, Vineet Kumar Singh, cricketers Rinku Singh and Nitish Rana, and Ridhi Dogra, who played his on-screen mother in “Jawan.” In his responses, Shah Rukh affectionately referred to them as ‘beta’ (son) and even playfully called Ridhi Dogra ‘mom.’
When Ridhi Dogra referred to Shah Rukh as the “best of the best” in her birthday message, he playfully replied, “Thank you, mom!! Ha ha. Bless you.”
Sidharth Malhotra wished Shah Rukh to “keep shining” and expressed his “big love and respect.” In response, Shah Rukh wrote, “Love to you too, beta. Bless you.” He also shared a humorous message with cricketer Nitish Rana, saying, “Thank you, beta. May you always be healthy and happy and have a new hairstyle yet again!!!” Rinku Singh also received a warm message with Shah Rukh inviting him to come and hug him again.
Shah Rukh’s responses to Kajol and Juhi Chawla were equally heartwarming. Kajol wished him a “Supercalifrangilistic year ahead,” and Shah Rukh responded with, “From your lips to God’s ears. You be well and happy too. Love you very much and thank you.” Juhi Chawla planted 50 trees in honor of their friendship and expressed her inability to explain it better, to which Shah Rukh replied, “I understand, and as long as one of us does… it’s good enough.”
Even cricketer Irfan Pathan received a witty reply from Shah Rukh, who humorously said, “Tumhari Pathani aur meri Jawani… Insha Allah humesha rahegi (will be forever)! Thank you.” To Tiger Shroff’s well wishes, Shah Rukh responded, “Working on being as healthy as you!!”
This year has been exceptionally successful for Shah Rukh, with two blockbuster films, “Pathaan” and “Jawan,” grossing over ₹1000 crore each. He’s now gearing up for his third release of the year, “Dunki,” set to hit the screens in December.
