Sam Bahadur Box Office Success Continues: Crosses ₹33.6 Crore Mark in 5 Days

The film “Sam Bahadur,” featuring Vicky Kaushal and directed by Meghna Gulzar, continues to impress at the box office, maintaining its momentum even on weekdays. As per early estimates reported by Sacnilk.com, the movie earned ₹3.5 crore on Tuesday, bringing its total collection to ₹33.55 crore after five days since its release.

“Sam Bahadur,” a biopic on India’s first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, opened in theaters on Friday, facing competition from Ranbir Kapoor’s “Animal.” Despite the competition, the film has showcased resilience, with a reported 21.86 percent Hindi occupancy on Tuesday. It began its theatrical run with ₹6.25 crore and soared to ₹10.3 crore on Sunday.

Adding to the film’s appeal, a new romantic song titled “Itni Si Baat” was released on Tuesday. Featuring Vicky Kaushal and his onscreen wife Sanya Malhotra, the song has been sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Sonu Nigam, with lyrics by Gulzar.

“Sam Bahadur” also stars Fatima Sana Shaikh as former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
