Directed by Vijay Binni in his directorial debut, this Telugu adaptation of the 2019 Malayalam movie “Porinju Mariam Jose” has proven to be a game-changer for Nagarjuna. The star-studded cast includes Allari Naresh, Ashika Ranganath, Raj Tarun, Nassar, Shabeer Kallarakkal, and Rukshar Dhillon, making it a must-watch for fans in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Produced by Srinivasa Chitturi under the Srinivasa Silver Screen banner, the film’s musical score, crafted by Academy Award recipient MM Keeravani, adds an extra layer of emotion to the narrative. According to IMDb, “Naa Saami Ranga” revolves around the lives of two brothers from a humble village background, whose lives are disrupted by the schemes of an affluent family. The protagonist faces complex situations as he strives for happiness with his loved ones.

Nagarjuna, expressing his thoughts on the film, highlighted its appealing elements, such as endearing friendships, love, sacrifice, and faith. He emphasized the emotional depth of the story, making it a perfect choice for those seeking family bonding during Sankranti.

Looking ahead, Nagarjuna’s upcoming projects include a pivotal role in Dhanush’s film “DNS” (tentative title), alongside Rashmika Mandanna, directed by Sekhar Kammula. Additionally, he is gearing up for his 100th venture, “Love Action Romance,” produced by KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green, helmed by an unconfirmed Tamil director, and set to go head-to-head with Chiranjeevi’s big-budget socio-fantasy flick, “Vishwambhara.”

In the context of Sankranti clashes, “Naa Saami Ranga” faced tough competition from other major South Indian releases like Mahesh Babu’s “Guntur Kaaram,” Dhanush’s “Captain Miller,” Teja Sajja’s “HanuMan,” and Sivakarthikeyan’s “Ayalaan.” Among these, “HanuMan” emerged as the most successful film at the box office, contributing to the vibrant cinematic landscape during the festive season.
