Bobby Deol’s striking appearance in the Animal teaser has sent waves of excitement through fans, and even his step-sister, Esha Deol, couldn’t contain her admiration. Taking to her Instagram stories on Thursday night, Esha shared Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial teaser, expressing her enthusiasm for her half-brother’s role at the end of the teaser. She wrote, “Wait for the last shot… 🔥…epic @iambobbydeol”.
Esha Deol is the daughter of Dharmendra and Hema Malini from their second marriage. She also has a sister named Ahana Deol. Prior to Bollywood’s iconic “Dream Girl,” Dharmendra was married to Prakash Kaur, with whom he has two sons – Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. Dharmendra married Prakash Kaur in 1954, reportedly when he was just 19 years old. The controversial aspect of Dharmendra marrying Hema Malini without divorcing Prakash Kaur has been a topic of discussion over the years.
Over time, the relationship between Dharmendra’s children from his first and second marriages seems to have improved significantly. This was evident when Esha was seen posing with her half-brothers, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, during the screening of Gadar 2 in August 2023.
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Esha acknowledged the constant speculation regarding her relationship with Dharmendra’s sons, stating that she is aware of what is said about them. She also mentioned that the media caters to public interest and understands what the audience likes. She takes it all in stride and doesn’t let it affect her, even though certain topics remain off-limits.
Regarding the movie “Animal,” it stars Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles, marking their first collaboration. From the teaser, it appears that Bobby Deol will portray the antagonist in the film. The movie also features Anil Kapoor in a pivotal role.
Originally scheduled for release in August, “Animal” was set to clash with Sunny Deol’s “Gadar 2,” Akshay Kumar’s “OMG 2,” and Rajinikanth’s “Jailer.” However, due to incomplete post-production work, the director decided to postpone the release to December. The eagerly awaited film is now slated to hit theaters on December 1.
