The globally celebrated artist has commenced his Special Duty Team training at the South Korean Army General Administration School, marking a significant milestone in his military journey.

Sporting complete military attire, V was recently spotted boarding a train bound for Jonghaenggyo Bridge, where the Army General Administration School is located. This phase of his training involves three weeks of specialized activities, including automatic target live ammunition, rappelling, close-quarters battle, and more. The training, known for its demanding nature, encompasses rigorous physical sessions that extend into the night, guided by experts from different military branches.

Despite the challenges, the Special Duty Team training offers certain perks, such as increased freedom, phone usage, and access to amenities like television. Along his route to the training site, fans have displayed banners expressing unwavering support for V, demonstrating their loyalty to him and his unit.

Previously, V earned the prestigious title of ‘Elite Trainee’ within the ’27th Training Regiment.’ This recognition, received on January 16, highlighted his exceptional skills demonstrated during the demanding five-week basic training. V, along with RM, emerged as two of the six ‘elite trainees’ chosen from a pool of 200 participants in their regiment.

In parallel developments, BTS members Jimin and Jungkook completed their basic military training at the 5th Division Recruit Training Center on January 17.
