Elvish Yadav, a renowned YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss, was named in the FIR alongside five others. The complaint by PFA led to the registration of the FIR, citing violations of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and criminal conspiracy. This marked a shocking twist in the case as Elvish Yadav’s name surfaced in connection with the party involving snake venom.

Raid and Rescue:

During the operation, five individuals were apprehended from the banquet hall in Sector 51, where the rave party was held. What added an astonishing dimension to the case was the rescue of nine snakes from the possession of the arrestees. These snakes were presumably part of the shocking revelry.

The individuals taken into custody were identified as Rahul (32), Teetunath (45), Jaikaran (50), Narayan (50), and Ravinath (45). They hailed from Moharband village in southeast Delhi’s Badarpur.

PFA’s Allegations:

The FIR was initiated based on the complaint filed by Gaurav Gupta of PFA, an organization associated with BJP parliamentarian Maneka Gandhi. In the complaint, PFA alleged that Elvish Yadav and his associates were involved in making videos with live snakes and snake venom in Noida and other parts of the National Capital Region (NCR). Additionally, they were accused of illegally organizing rave parties featuring snake venom.
