With over 9,45,918 candidates who appeared for the examination held from December 6 to 19, 2023, the results will be accessible on the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Candidates participated in the UGC NET across 292 cities, undertaking exams in 83 subjects. The response key, along with question papers for most subjects, was released on January 3, with the exception of Archaeology, which was issued later. Candidates were permitted to challenge the answer key until January 10, and the final results will be based on the objections raised.

Notably, each correct response in UGC NET 2023 carries two marks, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. In case a question is deemed incorrect and dropped, candidates attempting it will be awarded two marks.
