JEE Main 2024: Exam City Intimation Slips Released for BE, BTech – Here’s How to Download

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the test city intimation slips for candidates appearing for the BE, BTech Paper 1 of the Joint Entrance Examination – Main (JEE Main) 2024.

Aspiring candidates can now access their exam city slips on the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in, provided their JEE Main application forms were successfully submitted.

JEE Main 2024 is scheduled to be conducted in two sessions. The first session will take place from January 24–February 1, while the second session is set to commence on April 3. Notably, the first session includes JEE Main 2024 for BArch and BPlanning (Paper 2A and Paper 2B) on January 24, and for BE or BTech (Paper 1) from January 27 to February 1.

In response to clashes with the class 12 CBSE Board exams, the Director General of NTA, Subodh Singh, has announced revised dates for the JEE Main session 2, moving it from April 1–15 to a new schedule.

How to Download JEE Main 2024 Exam City Intimation Slip:

  1. Visit the official JEE Main website for the year 2024 at jeemain.nta.ac.in.
  2. Click on the prominently displayed ‘Download JEE Main City Slip’ link on the homepage.
  3. Provide necessary details, including your date of birth, JEE Main 2024 application number, and the captcha code. Click “Submit.”
  4. After a successful login, access the JEE Main BE, BTech city intimation slip.
  5. Download and save a printed copy of the intimation slip for future reference.

JEE Main Paper 1 is crucial for admissions to BE and BTech programs at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and various institutions across India.

The exam duration is three hours, except for candidates taking the joint test for BArch and BPlanning, who will have three hours and thirty minutes.
