Mukesh Ambani’s Jio World Plaza at BKC in Mumbai boasts an opulent array of luxury fashion brands leasing space within the premises. Louis Vuitton leads the pack with a colossal monthly rent of Rs 40.50 lakh, securing its position as the largest store in India for the French luxury fashion house. Following suit is Dior, leasing two units totaling 3,317 sq ft for a monthly rent of Rs 21.56 lakh, marking its third store in India.
