The overhauled motorcycle showcases cross-spoked rims designed for tubeless tires, maintaining the robust 1,200cc parallel-twin engine. This powerhouse continues to deliver an impressive 90hp of power and 110Nm of torque, staying true to its predecessor’s performance standards.

Enhancements in Accessibility and Suspension

One of the standout features of the Scrambler 1200 X is its improved accessibility, boasting an 820mm seat height for a comfortable riding experience. Additionally, a thoughtful touch includes the option to lower the seat height to 795mm with an additional low seat, catering specifically to riders of shorter stature.

While the older XC model boasted adjustable suspension at both ends, the 1200 X has streamlined this to rear preload adjustment. The braking system has also undergone a transformation, now incorporating axially mounted Nissin calipers, replacing the M50s previously featured on the XC model.

Prioritizing Safety with Advanced Riding Modes

The Scrambler 1200 X places a strong emphasis on safety, introducing five distinct riding modes: Road, Rain, Sport, Off-road, and Rider configurable. The inclusion of IMU-enabled traction control and ABS further enhances the motorcycle’s safety features.

The motorcycle’s round dash mirrors the aesthetics of Triumph’s 660cc bikes and the Street Triple R. Notably, it offers optional Bluetooth module capabilities, providing turn-by-turn navigation and notification alerts.

Versatility with Accessories

Triumph enthusiasts will appreciate the array of options available, as the Scrambler 1200 X comes equipped with over 70 official accessories. These range from aesthetic enhancements to functional upgrades, allowing riders to personalize their experience with this dynamic motorcycle.
